Repeating the Same Actions is not Transforming

Hilarious insanity! Repeating the same action while expecting a different result is insane on the part of leaders and creates insanity with their employees. But there is another lesson in this video.

It is easy to feel anger, hostility, and/or frustration when something (or someone) blocks or appears to interrupt our goal or intended path. If it hadn’t been for someone “getting in her way” it appears this lady would have failed to achieve her desire.

Transformational leaders don’t look for obstacle free opportunities. Instead they learn who their employees are and provide customize training to create the skills needed to succeed.

They inspire their employees with example and vision and then create a safe environment for them to use creativity, initiative, and training to proactively deliver the needed change.

Sometimes, the irritating frustrations, delays, or deviations from our goals and aspirations can actually help us achieve what we really want–or lead us to an even better result.

Don’t get shutdown just because you appear shutoff!
